Qualification and Experience
A Candidate with
Heavy Civil Engineering Degree with 10 to 15 Years of Experience in RMC /
Construction / Minerals Processing Industry.
Qualification and Experience

Heavy Knowledge in Mixed Design Formulation, Shall be reasonable of research
and product development. A Candidate
with Degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineer having 15 to 20 years
of Experience can apply.
- Vertical
Roller Mill Plant Manager
Qualification and Experience
A Candidate with
the Plant Manager will be responsible for the Overall Operation of the plant,
including production, quality, Safety and environmental compliance. A Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering – (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) and 10+ Years of Experience in
a manufacturing environment.
Qualification and Experience
A Candidate with
knowledge of RMC Products, Aggregate and Mineral products, Acquiring new
Customers and retaining existing customer.
Leadership qualities to manage team of marketing professionals. Market knowledge of construction industry and
potential customers. A Candidate
Preferably engineering with Management Degree and 7 to 10 Years of Technical
Sales experience in RMC / Construction / Minerals Processing Industry.
- Researcher in
Mining Minerals Products
Qualification and Experience
A Candidate
looking for a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in mining, minerals, or metallurgy science, and a passion for
research. A Candidate with PhD in
mining, minerals of materials science and having 3+ years of experience in
Research and Development.
- QC Manager – Construction
Qualification and Experience
A Candidate
knowledge on Testing in Aggregates, Cement, Minerals and Chemical Admixtures,
Knowledge of concepts mix design as per IS and ACI Codes, Knowledge of various Indian
IS codes. A Candidate with Degree in Civil
Engineering with 8 to 10 Years of experience in QC / RMC / Lab business.
- Lab Assistant
– Construction.
Qualification and Experience
A Candidate with
B.Sc / M.Sc Preferably with Chemistry 2 to 3 Years of Experience in QC.
